According to NAR (National Association of Realtors), the housing market continues to be strong and the housing supply can’t keep up. What does that mean for you as a Seller? When there is less than a 6 month supply of homes on the market we are considered to be in a Seller’s market. There is currently a 4.1 month supply-WAY under the 6 month guideline. The Existing Home Sales Report put out by NAR shows that 49% of properties were on the market for less than a month when they were sold.
